Country Liaison and Support Officer – Ghana
PARM is launching a call for applications for the selection of a Country Liaison and Support Officer to assist with the strategic coordination, networking and operational work required to implement PARM’s activities in Ghana. The incumbent will be responsible for interacting with national and international partners and providing technical-strategic support for studies, resource mobilisation, knowledge sharing and capacity development activities of the platform in the country.

Le Consultant en charge de l’étude devra suivre la méthodologie développée par la PARM pour évaluer et hiérarchiser les risques pour les chaînes de valeur qui seront sélectionnées par le gouvernement tunisien.
The PARM Secretariat is calling for application from qualified consultants for the position of Country Program Analyst to support the PARM Technical Cluster (under the guidance of PARM Technical Specialist) in the implementation of the PARM Process in the foregoing countries and other countries as need arise, as well as the country activities of the CD/KM clusters. The consultant is thus expected to provide general crosscutting programmatic support to PARM at country, regional and global level, as the Country Programme Analyst.
Capacity Development Specialist
The PARM Secretariat is calling for application from qualified consultants for the position of Capacity Development (CD) Specialist to implement, with the support of PARM team, the PARM Horizon 2 (2019/2024) CD strategy, carrying out all the required activities, including organizing and delivery agricultural risk management (ARM) CD seminars and technical training in PARM countries and ensuring that ARM CD component is included into the national agricultural policy and investment projects.

The consultant will provide technical leadership and coordination of a team of experts to support the PARM Secretariat and country stakeholders in preparation of a project design.
The PARM Secretariat is looking for a Technical Specialist with at least 5 years of relevant international experience in Agricultural Risk Management, Rural Development, Finance, Agri-businesses, Investment in Agricultural sector – among other requirements. The position is based in Rome at the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD).
Administrative Assistant – G4
The PARM Secretariat is calling for applications for the position of Administrative Assistant (G4) to provide secretarial, clerical and administrative support to facilitate smooth operations and management of the programme and PARM Secretariat (including INSURED team). Under the overall supervision of the PARM Senior Programme Manager, the Administrative Assistant is accountable for communications, operational and secretarial support services to enhance the smooth running of the team and its workflow and management of information.
